DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!we took our car here for a service and for the fan belt to be replaced as well as for a new battery1. He replaced the fan belt and told us the car was ready. the car was fine for 4 days and then the same issue was back. He then told us it was a different issue to the first one. he repaired the vehicle for a second time and it lasted for 1 month and the same issue was back and this time it was something completely different after taking it back the 3rd time he returned the vehicle with parts not put back on the vehicle.2. When the battery was replaced and put in the vehicle and we were told to collect it we got there and still had to wait for 1hr for him to put the skid plate on as he struggled to just get that on. when we started the car the battery light came on and he said that car batteries never come fully charged.3. He works for First Help and when he came and towed the vehicle he damaged the back bumper in the process and still has the audacity to say that when he lowers the car it will go away even though the back bumper had crumpled cracking the paint and clear coat. He towed an automatic vehicle with the front wheels still in contact with the road.He comes up with different excuses every time. He has no customer service as we constantly had to follow up with him for any progress on the car. His workshop" is not even a workshop its a garden with no safety or proper tools or equipment."
