I took my long riding boots in to be refurbished having absolutely no idea that they would come back looking brand new as if I had pulled them straight off the shelf. I cannot recommend HQE enough! The attention to detail is phenomenal. The owners & staff are friendly and easy to get hold of with any queries you may have - definitely worth every penny.

I am so happy with my boot repair! From the start, their customer support was great. Once my boots arrived I was shocked. I never expected them to look literally brand new since they were beyond broken. They did an amazing job! Awesome company that I would highly highly recommend. Hello Quality is absolutely amazing! For a great price and fast turn around, I got new rubber soles and new elastic laces for my tall boots Ive had for ages. With that and a free mandatory full leather treatment my boots look brand new! I would HIGHLY suggest any equestrian to please send their items to Hello Quality before anywhere else.
