This has been the worst service of my entire life. I have been awaiting a refund from these people for over 2 months now for R2000 and they keep making empty promises. Owners Robin and Marco not available to refund but able to take money from people. Gregory is the biggest criminal of them all, lying and promising services and you never receice your goods then they don't refund. Just a scheme to scam the people. Be careful of these people and I will be contacting my lawyers and fnb regarding these people they need to be shut down. Sies

Do not use this company!They are frauds and The Management is shocking and no is there to help you.After speaking to a salesman (Stephen) I understood that I could pay off the couch after delivery. Long story short this was not the case. Marco (one of the Owners) contacted me to say I don’t understand how they work.I do not care if you don’t do credit, I have Legal proof that your employee said I can pay it off at a later stage and then for you to call and berate me on what I know.I demand a refund of my deposit Over 7 business days ago, Bradley (Manager) never answers calls, messages or WhatsApps.I hope you business goes bankrupt!!

This is one of those places you must not ever consider buying things from. I bought a lounge suite for 13k and a month later it was broken. I engaged the owners to say I need to have the couch fixed the guy committed to a date and never collected. I thought maybe its commitments from their side they will contact me they didn't when I finally realized that they were not going to contact me I followed up again and now if they are not giving me a run around they are flat out ignoring me. My money down the drain like that you don't want to be me.

After waiting more than a month for our couch, Marco called me. This resulted in him swearing at me. I am absolutely horrified at the disgusting experience. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ALL YOU WILL RECEIVE IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING SWORN AT.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!I ordered a few custom made items on 23 September 2020 and was promised delivery on 16 October 2020.On 20 October I phoned Bradley and was told items would be delivered on 27 October. At this point Bradley stopped answering his phone and no longer replied to WhatsApp messages.On 27 October the lady in the shop told me the items would be delivered on Wednesday, 4 November.On 5 November after trying to call Bradley (Manager) and Marco (Owner) and Robynne (Owner) 8 times and sending various WhatsApp messages - all of which went unanswered... Andries (salesman) informed me that my items will be delivered next week Tuesday.On 6 November I returned to the store in Deco Park. While there, another 2 ladies arrived with same complaint. Orders placed 3 months ago have not been delivered... Nobody answers their phones nor do they reply to messages...The fact is that Andries (a 70 year old salesman) and Steven are left at the shop to deal with customers frustration.Marco and Robynne Pereira (the owners) are nowhere to be found and there is no way to contact them. Bradley van Rooyen (supposed manager who is also Robynne's brother) is also nowhere to be found and no way to be contacted.Upon leaving the store in Deco Park I went to their factory which is 3km away from the shop.Surprise, surprise... Bradley, Marco, and Robynne were not there either. Walking through the factory revealed that my items are not yet in production!! Speaking to the factory manager and going through his job cards revealed that there isn't even a job card for my goods yet!! Working conditions in the factory looked appalling too.I am now requesting a refund (of R12,550) and if I don't receive it I will have no alternative other than to go to Small Claims Court.Terrible service. No feedback.They do not answer phones or reply to messages. Do NOT buy from this company!!I am beyond disappointed.I wouldn't think one would find a business operating like this in a place like Deco Park. I will be reporting them to Deco Park Management as it doesn't bode well for the parks reputation either.

UPDATE: Finally got my two wingback chairs after a stressful 3 months and two weeks when Gregory promised it would take only a month. After 3 months, I rented a trailer to collect the chairs because someone sent an sms saying the chairs are ready. When I arrived, the chairs were not ready, when waiting (don't trust the old man who works there) I was subsequently pushed around by the owner, Marco and verbally abused in front of my wife. Marco called to apologies the following day and promised to deliver by the end of the week. When the chairs were finally delivered the strap lining was put together by silicon or glue which came off after two weeks. The silver living is I got the chairs. Would I go back to the store? Hell NO

Nicky has always been very accommodating as to any request that we make, and times to come and view the items. We have now bought 4 furniture items from them and have always had great service and if there is anything we need touched up on the items, they do it straight away. They deliver and help set up in your house. We have only had great experiences and think its a great option for getting great pieces of furniture at discounted prices. We always recommend them to everyone!

I have purchased a lounge suite from this establishment and I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for my purchase to be delivered. The owner (Marco) is never available and his 2 apparent direct contact numbers are always off, last coms with him was a week ago where he promised to deliver on the 21st of December, this never materialized and he cannot be reached.Their showroom contact number listed, never gets answered. This leaves me no choice but to contact the CPA and take the legal approach to get my money back.Refer Hello Peter for more customers treated in the same manner or worse.Update02 February 2021Forced to go the legal route, contacted attorneys last week and will be in contact with the ombudsman later today and thereafter it's off to court.
