Routër, the owner of Turning Point Cycles is a very helpful guy. He is very patient and seems eager to teach some tricks to his customers and give advice when it seems necessary. Excellent guy. He knows what he is doing. If you have a problem with your bicycle take it to Routër and explain your situation. It is worth your time.
