I don't know which Edgar's you selected but the one in Polokwane town was very much empty with empty shelves and fewer things to buy and showing the intention of closing down very soon. But the one at The Mall Of The North was awesome, clean and fully packed with awesome things to purchase.

I needed assistance at the customer service yesterday around 16:00 and I was told by a lady I found chatting with her colleague at the cellphone section that the employees at the customer section have already knocked off.I asked her if there isn't anyone who can assist me,she was very disinterested she ordered me to sit down no one came I left.Bad customer service!!!Eimprovemeniirequires

Beautiful, spacious, clean. PREMIUM LOOK AND FEEL, FASHIONABLE ITEMS, FRIENDLY STUFF AND Great service. Not to mention VIP couches at the ladies department .

It was not well organised, items on sale were not having that style. It seems they were removing stock or items on the floor. Is not what i expected, overall was dissapointed

Edgars is Edgars. Been to one, been to them all. Friendly people here, I give them that. Those who helped me were happy to help and knew their ranges and stock very well. I shall rather walk past the other clothing stores and go buy from this Edgars'. You won't be disappointed.

The overall service and convinience of always finding what is in style and also jewelery, phones and makeup is great just a bit of improvement from the sneaker section in terms of customer assistance
