The period that it takes to claim a tyre is way to long. Sometimes up to more than a week.Unacceptable. In an emergency you can't wait a week or even a day to replace your tyre.

First class management team in Scottburgh. Super clean surroundings and cell phone charging stations for cell phones in abundance. Most important...... really good prices across the board!

It's seldom I put pen to proverbial paper to express my utter contempt for the useless, dare I say shocking service received from Hi-Q Bryanston. Booked vehicle in for outer cv boot which hada crack and was leaking & had a back light that needed replacing. I purchased the parts from Goldwagen (always great service). Was quoted to do the work & that's where the shenanigans started. Picked up the car and drove home to find out that the work had only been partially completed. Then a few days later an auto mechanic advised that the cv boot had not been installed correctly & was leaking badly. How does one even start to trust this crowd. Still waiting for a call to rectify...sheer incompetence, arrogance or both... I feel like I was financially mugged. Sad, because I always had great service from the old Hi-Q in Grosvenor Crossing. Stay away, or you to will be taken for a ride (fool).

My car battery sprung a leak and I was in dire need of a new one. The Bryanston Hi-Q staff were friendly, prompt, and professional. They replaced the the battery and sent me on my way in fifteen minutes. They offered coffee in a separate client lounge and it smelled a helluva lot better than the stuff I had been drinking all morning.The shop is probably one of the most clinical workshop spaces I have ever seen. Personally, I like a bit more personality, but I will certainly not fault them for running a top-notch, pristinely cleaned vehicle repair centre.

I was handled with care and professionalism from the first phone call till I drove out with my car fixed. Thumbs up to the team. I would definitely come back when the need arises.

I’m not one to complain but I’m guys I’ve had the worst experience with your service. 1st you didn’t tie my wheel on properly and it came off while driving. You came to collect the wheel to repair the rim and you promised it’ll be fixed in 2 days but it took a whole week. I have grounds to sue you for negligence and endangering my life and my family’s lives. If there was a minus rating I’d definitely give you that.

Hi Q Observatory. I took my car for a service at Bosch car service in Observatory and I mentioned my squeaking brakes. I collected my car and was told the brake pads are still thick. I took my car to Hi Qmin Observatory who after a test drive done by George and the car was hoisted up for further inspection, I was told the disc pads are gone,although the brake pads are still thick and I was told my back brakes need cleaning,adjusting and my handbrake needs adjusting as too high. I was assisted by Geneva,she was so helpful with everything.The even do car services I was told now.Good and friendly customer service, Well Done. Keep it up

Very bad experience at High-Q Boksburg. Price given over the phone for tyre was lower than what they wanted to charge me once tyre was fitted. They eventually met the price given after I complained.The men there are very misogynistic whereby they always want to speak to the husband even though it’s my car & I’m paying for it. This is the second instance this has happened. I just started reversing my car to straighten into the tyre changing area & the manager taps on my window & asks if he must do it. I was furious! Overall not a great experience at all. High-Q needs to change with the times & realise that they need to deal with the owner of the car whether they are female or male, & also change behaviour with how they deal with women!!!!!
