My wife and I had an incredible weekend break at an even more incredible guest house. Amazing service with a breathtaking view. The owner Lesley ensured we were well taken care of and was more then willing to assist with anything we needed. Will definitely be back soon!!! Thank you!!

Very good stay at the Two Falls View. Self Catering, bathrooms and kitchen available. The host Lesley was very friendly and assisted us even with our car trouble. She advised us on possible sites to see and popular restaurants. Book early to get the rooms with a view.

Excellent reception, with plenty information about local attractions and restaurants. Room was very clean and well equipped with full kitchen. Despite being lodged at the back room, we arrived at the evening with an awesome view of the sun setting behind the mountains. We had a wonderful stay. No complains.

(Note: this review is from 2014) If you're a foreigner coming to South Africa for the first time and plan to do a longer trip, chances are you'll land in Johannesburg, and chances are you'll want to rent a car and head out for Kruger NP. If you head out for Kruger NP from Johannesburg, chances are you'll want to stop by Blyde canyon and the waterfall region around Sabie for a couple of days. If you decide to do so, Two Falls View in Sabie is a convenient place to stay and, due to the friendly hospitality of the owner, is great for first timers in Africa. The owner was very responsive and gave us good advice and tips via email before our arrival, even recommending a petrol station with a small game reserve along the highway. This helped increase our sense of security and comfort before arrival. The room was tastefully furnished, with all the self-catering amenities one would need. To avoid a potential disappointment due to expectations raised by the name of the place however, note that not all rooms come with a view, and the view may be obscured by fog anyway. Never mind though, its dark after 6 pm anyway and you'll be out during the day. The owner was helpful enough to give us a plug converter as a free gift (to take away), which was greatly appreciated. If you're a low budget raveller from Europe and used to travel around a country by bus or train on your own, note that you'll need your own car to get around Sabie - and in general it probably doesnt make sense to go to South Africa without renting a car.
