My full comment will be displayed here when my consultation and my grandmother's transfer of deeds is done. The seem to be very helpful. I experienced a little bit of miss comunication with the member of the staff and had to confront her and since then we have been communicating well.

Sale of house turned nightmare. started in November 2019 up to October 2020. after 3 denials of final sale by the deeds office because of incorrect documents and expiree's of certificates there still is no end to this matter, no communication. Co seems to just keep funds as long as possible to claim interest on funds. Bumbling through matters is totally un professional. Accounts department cannot even supply a proforma invoice after a month of requests.

I am in the process of selling my home and find that the partnership between VDB is not good enough. I could get through to their municipal runner that they have taken 2 months to do and still not successful.

Attorneys are slow and do not communicate besides a weekly report that seldom changes. It is now taking me 6 months to register my home and the transfer attorneys are also fed up as this inconvenience is now financial affecting all parties involved negativitly.

Vezi de Beer advertise that they assist Standard Bank to fraudulently sequestrate Standard Bank`s clients. If i understand their website, Vezi de Beer is very good with this fraudeuent behaviour....

I get a message from an Attorneys office that Vezi & de beer Attorneys have rejected my borehole yield certificate as it does not specify that the water is suitable for human consumption! They do Bonds! They are Attorneys! And they have no idea that a Yield Certificate is an SABS SANS 10299-4:2003 Standard, and the Water Quality Certificate is an SABS SANS 241 Certificate. They are two different tests, there are two different Certificates. I can only say shame! So sad that they are in business.
