I have visited many plumbing stores. This store is more for plumbers knowing what they want and needing parts - not for the average Joe, as the staff seemingly has no customer service training. I have been here twice and both times the staff cannot give you a direct answer. They ignore you and you always feel you interrupt them while they are playing on their cellphones.
