Good chicken!

The spicy chicken is very Salty.

I wish that I can rate them with no stars,when you log into their wifi they give you survey to complete on how to improve,I did complain about how slow they are and nothing has changed. Today I was in line waiting to order one of the cashiers rang up something wrong for a customer,the customer came back and they still told the customer to wait in the line again. Poor service and very un-friendly staff

Firstly staff at eersteriver very nice, now my experiance on friday 28/10/2022 from half six try online to get order in no luck after several tries. I eventually drove down go branch, after standing in que for a while I explain my dilema and stuggle trying order online, the response was they went off at 17:45.I then asked if I can get my order instore just to they not making burgers and theres limited chicken, and they already closed at six,but the doors were open till close to half past six,. Now for a normal customer I a shop is open its expected that an service will be delivered, but nothing like that, so why say shop is closed but doors are wide open people in and out the shop ask one cashier im in the shop clise tho half and hour, the sirely could have made what was short ony order, mo result.I left the shop very disgusted and upset.

They are EXCELLENT in serving POOR SERVICE, if you are hungry, I suggest you try somewhere else or you die of hunger while waiting for your order.

Love their creamy ice-cream cups to bits! Good place to chill with family and friends.
