Great service. Professional and friendly

I was highly distraught to hear that my parents in law was thrown out of their own house a month before they were due to move, with none of the payments or certificates that is required being completed at all. Now they have to store all their belongings with their son, and sleep where ever they are able to find a place for the next five weeks, and just pray that they get what was promised to them by the sales agent that got them into this whole mess in the first place by signing a contract that was setup very badly.She also promised to assist them in making a plan to get a roof over their heads for this coming month, but no-one has picked up a phone to do anything yet.I did leave a message for a call back about three working days ago as well, and I am still awaiting that as well. Not impressed so far. Also, I will not reveal the agents name on this platform.
