I can not, for the life of me, understand why one of the big banks choose them to handel my or any of their clients affairs as this is by far the worst service I have ever had from a lawyer's firm.I will be lodging a formal complaint with the bank as I would not like anyone else to go through the same ordeal.

Was great service till you pay them, then no service at all. I have been battling now for months/weeks for documents and house fault and they refer you to Ayaz that does not assist or reply on emails. I hope I can get someone higher from this firm to contact me!! Totaly disgusted.

Bad services ever am still waiting to pull in the to house for almost a year now and still not in. customer experience is not good at all. I would like the big boss to call me. Because I and my wife were told that 3 months after signing the paperwork we should be in the house well a year later not in. it comes to a point where had to email Ayaz to ask him and ask him what the hell is going on and for a discount on the transfer fee he responded Unfortunately we can't give a discount I would like anybody to a response from who reads this if am Ridiculous for asking for a discount and Proper feedback from them.
