It takes over an hour and still waiting just to pick up a replacement credit card!!!!! In this day and age this shouldn't have to happen. No need to wonder why smaller and newer banks are getting customers and after 20 years banking with Standard Bank I am also thinking about changing!!!!

I would say this is the way to go if you've got alot of money to bank and if you have alot of accounts to manage , the app is even better then having to go in to the bank everyday .. they have the best customer handling skills and are very quick , just in and out. No matter what you need at the bank
