Sorbet Salon Sun City

I did my nails and they were beautiful, this was a Friday, the Sunday I went to valley of the waves and when I got home the nails were loose, 3 of them were very loose and the others on my hand were all loose as well. I called the Monday and the manager said she would speak to the owner she called me back and I told her I’m not able to redo them as I am leaving the Tuesday and won’t have time. She didn’t contact me back to inform me what was said instead I had to call again to find out. The manager then told me I can come in to speak to them, again wasting time and I need to stil leave to drive to the airport. I went there again showing them the nails and showing that I didn’t purposefully remove them. She then told me the same thing over the phone and informed her again I’m not able to redo it. They can either provide a refund or even a voucher for me to do when I am back in Cape Town. They were not able to do that apparently. I then also needed to email somebody which will supposedly get back to me again. This was really terrible service and I will not do my nails again at sorbet.Please do better, I understand it was a mistake but then provide alternatives not just redoing the nails. People who are in sun city do not live close by they need to take this into account.

Great service and beautiful salon, one of the best Sorbet’s I’ve been too. Great to see the owner in store for the day too. Staff were beautifully presented, it looked like they took pride in themselves and the salon.

I was pretty disappointed with my pedicure at Sun City Sorbet. The beautician literally scraped my skin off in a couple of places (I was bleeding) so you can imagine how pleasant the paraffin treatment was. My toenails were all rough and snagged on everything afterwards. She had 6 yrs experience she said!

Amazing service, friendly staff, very welcoming and made me feel at home. Everything was explained to my knowledge. Thank you Rosa for my amazing nails, thank you Khutso, Tumi and the manager didn't get her name unfortunately but thank you thank you all amazing. #sorbet Sun City Resort

Good massage. A little delayed to start but they did phone to let m . Booked a 90 minute massage. Therapist told me she was done after 75 minutes . Only realised when i got out to pay. After complaining at reception they offered me to go back in for 15 minutes which just is not the same as getting 90 minutes straight . Please check time they start and end at this place .

Massage was OK however the towels were damp and full of oil.. didn't feel very clean

Booked on Saturday for sunday @11am . Got there had to wait 30 mins for service. My sister ended up doing gel because the service was so late. I informed the lady at POS with the big lashes and nails clearly not done at sobert . What i was unhappy about. She didnt look at me while i was explaining . Tells me not everyone knows how to do specific nails and therefore the service was late. aka nonsense. Went from being my favorite place to just bad.

Awesome pedicure! And the staff are so friendly! Definitely worth every penny.

A spa in Sun City. Great for manicures and pedicures.Efficient well trained staff. They are pleasant, gentle hands and not over chatty.We went for pedicures and their foot massages were excellent. The place was clean and modern.

Booked a mani and massage the 19th September, and left my wedding and band on the nail techs table.After the massage had started I realized I had left my ring and sent the same beautician to go and fetch it.It was gone!Reported it to security and everyone was searched.Nothing was found. My fault of course as I had left them on the tableWe tried to get footage, which was not working.My insurance isn't willing to pay and neither is sorbets.So ladies, be extra careful with your belongingsAnd never leave your jewellery lying around.
