Asked for fresh chillies... but your team used chillies as the base of the pizza . Couldn't eat the pizza it was just too hotttt. Just chilly and no taste.

Ordered a small seafood pizza about an hour ago with extra avo,olives and shrimp and guess what...the shrimp came ice cold...made the whole pizza smell terrible that I threw up. Totally disgusting

The service at this Roman's Pizza needs to improve. There was a long queue of about 10 customers and only one lady taking orders while 5 other Roman's dressed employees ran around giggling and laughing. I was so disappointed. It took such a long time to be served.

It's been a while since I ate Roman's Pizza and I must say, i'm impressed by the pizza. It melts on the parlet. They could do better with the seasoning and customer service.

So we got there at around 18h20 and ordered pizzas to eat in-store. While sitting down on a table waiting for our order, we were told to move from the table because they're packing away the tables. The shop closes at 20h30 according to the website which we duly checked before we went there.The place is okay and the pizzas were lovely but they can't be chasing people way before closing time. It's not good customer service

Am not even rating this restaurant rude stuff thy laugh at customers and this is not the first time and am 100%sure thy not south africans because south africans we dnt behave like this i will make sure i report this to the police...........

I was served by a very friendly gentleman named Kuhle. He was patient and was able to suggest when I couldn't make up my mind. We need such people who know what they talking about and are ready to assist.I appreciated the service. Keep it up!!

Thank you so much, to Tsakane. I have had the worst day of my life, bad day at work, two flat tires by the M1 forgot to buy dinner. This Gentlemen not only did he make my day by his Warm Welcome & his specials he had a Smile on his face the whole time we spoke. He was nice to me with my black tire changing hands and offered me soapy water to wash my hands. Wow in Jhb CBD. Never hve i had good service. THANK YOU MAN please keep up the good work. See you soon.Service waa Quick too.

This is such a horrible place - I called and ordered 1 large Pizza to collect… they say it’ll be ready in 15 min… 30 min later I go to the store and my order is only placed just after I’ve paid and the lady didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me that my order was not placed instead I had to overhear her colleagues laughing about it….

I ordered a pizza and chicken lasagna from this place via uber eats.The pizza was good but the lasagna MY GOD!!! It was horrible, the worst thing I have ever tasted, IT TASTED LIKE VOMIT!!!I just wasted my money as I had to throw it away.I have ordered from other romans pizza restaurants and it tasted amazing.
