I lived in this complex around 2012, the flats are small but was enough for me and my wife as a young couple at that time. After our first son was born we had to leave. It had a nice playground and club house. Currently with new development it is at a perfect location just on the side food lovers market and mall of africa

If I could rate it 0 I would.The security is very rude. The caretaker what ever his name is Suffy is very rude you would swear he was promised a life time at those flats. They are horrible. The body corporate is bad with their non mantained flats. It's just a mess in there.The people are a mess the body corporate is a mess. NEVER stay there, NEVER buy there. It's nasty I hate it.There is no parking as well and they steal. Alot of break is and they steal cars. Worst place to stay. If you want a miserable life go stay there.

They are doing a lot of work and renovations, it's affordable and would be a great investment looking at the surrounding areas

Secure and well kept complex. Good access to the main road and very close to one of the major shopping complex in Gauteng, in fact, it is just a walk away from Mall of Africa. The environment is peaceful and quiet. The individual houses in the complex are not looking quite new though.

Great complex..selling point is its proximity to the mall and not just the mall but great(old and new springing malls around midrand,very spacious for kids to play,however can be abit noisy some times but overall a great place to stay if u renting and a great investment if you considering buying.
