Worst service ever ... doesn't deserve a 1 star..This is not my first bad experience at this store therefor this reviewAs im taking out a contract the staff member decides to take a 10 min smoking break ... they are rude ... always chatting on their phones whilst making you wait... a old lady walks in and complaints that on 3 occasions the staff turned her away with the excuse that systems are down... no customer service what so ever ...

PATHETIC STAFF. Probably the worst MTN experience I have ever had. They are rude, demeaning and act high class for people with such low attitudes. Really pathetic. Never going there again. Would go literally any where else, even pay more if I had to.

Terrible service do not go to the lenasia branch.Staff are extremely rude and not willing to assist customers (by doing their own job).Kevin from mtn told me to rather go to vodacom which I did and got my phone the same day! In the past I had no issues with mtn but the past year has been nothing but horrible service..if you look at most of the other reviews it's almost the same and nothing gets done about it

Incompetent staff and the owner of the branch avoids you if you try to contact him as his always in a meeting. Dont bother leaving him a message as he womt bother calling you back. The staff take it for granted that its a walk in centre and they dont have to go looking for clients but eventually people like me will get fed up and go somewhere else. MTN Signet Terrace is pathetic and if the owner takes the time to read all the reviews then he will see how pathetic his employees are.

This guy needs to go learn manners. The worst store to deal with. Rude and arrogant staff. I don't know why thy make the effort to wake up on the morning knowing thy not interested in working or helping customers. I hope MTN start screening there staff before employment.

Trying to call you the whole day but no answer. Drove all the way from roodepoort only to find that you are closed yet this says that you are open. Tomorrow morning, do you open only for 15 minutes? Very disappointed in Mtn!!!

Pathetic service!!! I ordered my phone with Kevin, who was amazing with service, at the time.5 weeks have passed, despite 3 calls i have had zero response in respect of the collection of my phone which was to be 3 days after my visit.Most disturbing..............!!!!!!!
