Value for money fair products to compete with Mainstream labels

Sadly to say this is the second time this year I need to complain about bad service. I sent a proof of payment MONDAY morning and requested feedback on the delivery date. Today is Friday, 4 days later and I am informed by Ashna that delivery will be NEXT WEEK!! (No specific date just next week). After I loose my temper she tells me the driver had a crisis and needed to go home. Then I asked her so did he have a crisis on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday too because she simply didn't respond to my email. Communication is the key element of any company as well as feedback. If the feedback lacks then the service will definately lack too. VERY DISAPPOINTED

What happens when you leave a shop in the hands of incapable people? You get a shop where two ladies play on their phones and kwaito music blasting. They sit right at the door and doesn't even greet you. No prices on the products on the shelves. When you enquire about it, the reply is, Eish
