I have to say I'm very pleased with he service that i received on a Sunday.I was attended by a gentleman who assisted me with a note8i + dox and keyboard... I recommend Max for those people who know what they want and have no time for wasting time... I was in and out in like 30minutes. Call in1st ask for Max, tell him what you looking for, wait for the call back... collect, it was literally like a drive thru...

I went to this branch to help sort out a problem with my contract, cell phones and reuters that the Eastgate branch created! The Bedford centre staff are so patient and helpful. I wld give them 6 stars if i could. Eastgate told lies, caused chaos, made false promises and the LG sales person did not even know her product and sold the cell under false pretensions. After sitting in eastgate branch fir 6 hours to correct their mistakes and lies, i gave up and will never return to that shop. Bedford centre Vodacom shop and staff you guys are the best.

I dealt with a gentleman named Max whilst upgrading my existing cellphone contract. I had two issues during the upgrade process, my sim swap did not go through the first time and the data bundle that I was meant to receive did not reflect on my account. Max assisted me with the sim swap issue and in no time my sim was activated. He also assured me that my data bundle would reflect as soon as the new month had begun which it did. I would highly recommend this shop and specifically dealing with Max.

Really felt like the sales person wasn't interested to help me. No one in the store approached me to ask if I needed anything, after a while I stood by the closest sales person, she gave me a look that I would wish on none of my enemies. After some time she asked me what I wanted and asked about a phone on their summer sale, she went over to a college, came back and said they don't know anything about it. I left promptly.

Very busy store so you gave to be very patient getting service. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. The only problem is everytime I went there they were offline which becomes very frustrating for the customer. Ended up going there three times till eventually the staff member phoned me when they sorted out my upgrade. Vodacom needs to look into the problem being offline at that store as it apparently happens frequently.

On 10th February 2017 (Friday)I purchased a new dongle because I was advised that is why I was battling to get reception. on 13th February 2017 (Monday)I returned this dongle because it was even worse than before. I was told that it would be looked into". On 27th February I went into the store and was again fobbed off. On 6th March I completed a form for a refund of my money - I AM STILL WAITING......................I was sold the incorrect item

Bad service, still waiting weeks now after the manager said he would phone me back to sort out the return or replacement of a screen protector for my 14 year old daughters Samsung phone. Sent the phone in for repairs with a brand new screen protector on the screen, when it was returned after being repaired the screen protector was missing. The manager refused to replace it and fobbed me off with i will call you next week, he did phone and promised to sort it out, that was the last i heard, still no solution. The integrity of Vodacom staff is now in question, we pay a lot of money every month for 3 contracts! Avoid using this store if you can!!
