MTN Store - Port Elizabeth

Had the best service I could have wished for from Devon. I just needed to buy an entry level phone to replace my very old one. He was patient and handled the switch with a smile on his face and treated me the same as if I was buying a top of the range handset. Thank you young man. This old man appreciated your time and assistance.

Very impressed. Quick, professional and friendly service from the gentleman behind the desk, Devon. Phoned prior to my visit and spoke to Melissa, they had everything ready for me when i arrived. Top MTN in town!

Once again a ZERO rating would be better suited. Got a contract 3/4 weeks ago, they loaded the contract incorrectly so went back a week later and the documents have not been loaded yet for them to see what the issue was. Told they would log a case and it could take 2-4 weeks to solve. Called 2 weeks later as it was still not solved, not receiving the correct bundle, told someone would call me Monday, Monday came and went and no one called me. I called them again, it will be solved by Wednesday. Today it's Wednesday and still not solved, still not heard from anyone, there phone just rings and rings. Customer service cannot assist, only the store. SHOCKING that so little is cared about providing a good service, seeing as how there is no problem when they're collecting my money

Untrained staff who are clueless on packages on offer resulted in me walking out and signing a two year deal with Cell-C. Suggest management invest in training staff and bringing them up to speed on what the store is offering.

Yohhhh the Lady helping me knew nothing. Very unprofessional there. Was not a pleasant trip just to try an do an upgrade. Did it on the phone rather with the call center. Much better help

The worst experience ever. Calls are never answered. Billing are way higher than the agreement. You cannot even contact them they will never answer and when they do it's the worst experience. Not a single day did I walk in and not spot a frustrated and disgruntled client. Pathetic

Honestly do not know what the bad reviews are about. Went in and before I was even in store, I was greeted with a smile and asked what I needed help with.I was promptly brought to Ludwe who handled all of my queries with patience, understanding, a massive smile, and good conversation.Unfortunately there was an issue with their printing/system, and I had to return two days later, along with them being out of stock of the exact device I required (which lead to the 4 star review, rather than 5). However, I still had a great experience.All staff members were neat, super friendly, and exceptionally patient (I asked many stupid questions that were all answered with a smile and further explanation).Thanks for an exceptional experience after I expected a bad one according to the google reviews.

Just a shout out to Rezaan who is always so friendly (and has a great memory) and helpful! Only been there on a few occasions and his every suggestion has been spot on for my exact needs. Thanks for your service and friendliness Rezaan!
