I've never experienced such bad service as I did today. There were no trollies and when I asked for assistance from the manager's office as there were a few trollies filled with items that should've been on merchandising trollies I was told by staff to go and look for a trolley outside as they had also done the same to put in their backshopping.I am very disappointed as I was planning to buy a lot of items and as such could not use a basket. I left the store disheartened and went to another retailer. The staff at boxer needs to start taking customers seriously. Where did the customer comes first mindset go?

The service was very well, I had the products which I needed and the till point service was very friendly, except for the janitor whom I asked for a sanitizer at the entry point and he refused to fetch it for me due to the depletion of stock. However, I went by myself to sanitize my hands at the other store adjacent to it and all was alright then, no hard feelings just try to be friendly at the customer no matter what, thank you.
