I thought i was about time I wrote a review. It has been 10 years since I got Grant to look after our computers..He has just put a new custom desktop system of his in and it seemed like a good time to give some positive feedback.As has been the case every time in the past, he has been very knowledgeable and helpful. It is Grant's first visit to me. He was able to sort out a complicated range of things on my new iPhone and my computer and set up all my accounts and security for me.He was friendly and polite and explained everything to me.I would recommend him to friends and family.

I have had Grant for two years after my previous shop had moved. He is close, convenient and easy to talk to and solves all the issues I have had. He always tries to look for issues that may affect me, sometimes simple but important stuff like securing my gmail with my phone number and alternative emai. He did this while doing the job I called him out for. All good.

Grant came very promptly and on time. He solved all our issues...we hope! We had lots of password issues and he sorted that and gave us a PDF of all our passwords and accounts for us to print out. Happy with outcome and he was recommended by a friend who is a customer.
