To Mike (Manager) and team at Spur San Miguel, once again thank you with 1 hour notice to host a 3rd birthday you guys out performed yourself. Not only do the kids think they own your specific spur, but you guys once again showed why we regard you as family. To great service, amazing care shown whilst watching our very busy little humans to bumping into kids favourite little friends to awesome food. Not 1 request was too big for this team. We appreciate each and everyone of you. Will see you all again on Saturday when kids need to burn off more energy.

Service was dodgy at best and then the waiter decided to upscale the order off his own bat. When I questioned him on why he did so he simply shrugged his shoulders and walked away.For decades Spur has themed themselves as a good value for money family orientated venue. The quality of the meal was average and the prices being charged are a long way from being good value.I hadn't been to a Sur in about six or seven years - now I remember why. 1/10 is being generous.

My ribs were rock hard, I ordered 400g pork ribs - the order arrived super fast which was initially a great thing service wise but only to struggle through tough, dry ribs while everything else was fine on the plate. I alerted our server when she came to check on the meal, she advised the manager. The manager said she'd 'rectify it' only to give us a take away box of what seemed to be 200g of even tougher rack of ribs with seemingly just a sauce put on it. Only realized when we got home.I HATE bad ribs at Spur, these are the ONLY REASON we go to Spur. If I wanted sub standard ribs I'd have gone elsewhere where they specialise with something other than grilled ribs.Very disappointed, insulted and offended.

The outdoor play area at this Spur really makes it if looking for a place for slightly older kids to play too - my 7yo loves it. A bit disappointing that the trampoline is gone, but hopefully this just temporary.Service was great- quick and attentive - as was the food.

I was very impressed with this Spur. This was the first time in years I went to a spur again due to bad food and service. This San Miguel Spur changed my whole mind set about Spur again and they got a good customer back what will spread the word. Don't believe me? Go try them for yourself. Thank you Spur for bringing back the taste of life! 10/10 for service, friendliness, atmosphere, food and cleanliness.

It's an institutional brand. This branch has fantastic staff and management. The food is what you expect from Spur. Quite happy going there every Monday for a playdate for our son and their burger special. Their ribs are not bad either, as well as their chicken wings just for the dirky sauce!

The Spur hosted a shadow shift evening. The staff were incredible with the students and Cynthia the manager was incredibly supportive to them. The play canyon staff with the little kiddies are engaging with the children and really assist in making it a fun day out for the whole family. Having both indoor and outdoor play centre options means that children can enjoy themselves in any weather. Definitely a great place to get a steak or burger and a great place to bring families with children.
