One word summary: abysmal.Edit: they made it worse with a 'canned' review.There are factors affecting my rating:1. Check In - no greeting at the door, no assistance with bags, virtually ignored as we walked in.2. Restaurant - Food was of a very poor quality. I had dinner for 6 of my colleagues and each meal was very average. The Butter Chicken was rubbery and the steak chewy. In addition all six meals were served at different times. A number of menu items were not available.Service was generally poor.The food was equivalent pricing to what I would expect in London but of dismal quality.The staff were not interested in us and were too busy with their own conversations.Note to Management - when 33% of your restaurant and food reviews are negative its time to act.3. In the morning when my colleagues came for coffee we were told we could not 'meet' in the Lobby and would need a meeting room (at an extra cost of course).The staff who approached us were rude and demanded we move.We then moved to a meeting room which was booked for another party, and were told we could only have 30 mins.The coffee served was cold.On leaving the meeting room my colleague was chased around by a member of staff with a credit card reader shouting 'you have to pay', at which point I advised I was a hotel guest - that seemed to not even register with the staff.The cost of the meeting room for 30 minutes was more than the cost of my room overnight - ridiculous.Never in 30 years of doing business in hotels have I been told as a hotel guest I cant have coffee with my colleagues in the lobby.4. Despite the 'no meetings' rule we noticed a Chinese party conducting a 7 person meeting in the breakfast room.When we pointed this out to staff we got a shrugged shoulder.5. At breakfast the coffee machine was not working and I was not approached to be asked if I wanted coffee/tea etc - I had to walk to ask the staff who were standing around talking.It seems to me the staff are more interested in their own conversations and the guests are an inconvenience.It seemed an inconvenience that i asked for a fresh cooked egg.Again - just abysmal service.6. Room service - doesnt exist. You cant call because they dont answer.If you want room service you have to order at the bar.7. The room I had was very small compared to what I would expect in most business hotels.8. Pet peeve - room quoted in USD with no USD payment option, you can only pay in Rand and get hit with exchange rate fluctuations and fx charges.The room was however clean.Overall, this hotel (although quite new) I would rate as 3 star for facilities and 0 star for staff, food and service.My overall rating would be 'abysmal'.

This is a fine hotel.Rooms are clean and very comfortable.Service is attentive, and restaurant has an exquisite menu (mainly meat), worth to try, and service of bar with good cocktails.Enjoyable.

Located in the prime area of the city. A good breakfast is included with the stay. Nice people and great service. But food and drinks are a little expensive.Have a good pool and a decent Gym.

They made my birthday special. Such a warm welcome. Clean, good facility and location...Could do better on food and breakfast variety only had notable change on our last day, the pastry was the same for the 6 days we stayed there...They should followup and apologize for inconveniences caused by noisy guests upto 1:30am on the 1st...The staff outside need to help take back luggage trolleys or atleast offer to do it...

1. Seamless Check-In and very friendly staff.2. Clean rooms with very nice views into Mbabane city center3. My hotel of choice whenever I am in Eswatini

The staff is always very friendly and efficient. The rooms are by far the most comfortable hotel stay in the area - well equipped, clean, and central location make it an easy choice for visits to Swaziland.

Good view. Limited menu at the restaurant. Customer care needs improvement. Need for standardizing international rates of payment

Loved our stay here. The breakfast is so good. Rooms were beautiful. Great attention was paid to observing Covid protocols. Staff are super friendly and professional. Nice city view.

Every time i called for room service, they never answered the phone. I had to go down to the bar to order. The first time I ordered, it took over an hour to get my order. Each time my order was delivered, something was forgotten. They tried to force me to have the buffet instead of room service. It would take two days before i would get my laundry back. I can say that the entire staff was very pleasant to deal with.
