My mom handled their business account for many years and referred all her clients to Louw & Heyl, including myself; but the firm is not the same.I regret having approached them, also considering the sensitive nature of the case. They delayed a time-sensitive case and in the end they just drained my funds without accounting for it.They showed no interest in making progress and took advantage of the fact that I’m a single female. They ultimately helped my opponent. I’ve been screwed.

Louw and Heyl have waisted my time and money I had no joy since Jan 2016 to date I have complained to the partners about the non service and conundrum of errors and delays. Also the disrespect shown by the staff. I have had 3 different attorneys attending to my case and no resolution. They show no TCF and to date I am still struggling to get closure from them. Very very disappointed.

Our family have bought and sold a few properties through Louw & Heyl over the years and the service from staff like Carla de Jager and Sonja Smith has been excellent. Unfortunately that service is in STARK contrast with the recent service received from Bianca Vermeulen. On numerous occasions I found her impatient, unhelpful and downright rude! Due to this we will no longer be utilising or referring Louw & Heyl going forward.
