Two weeks in a row during this heatwave this KFC did not have icecream. Every Monday after my hubby's OT and PT treatment we go for a drive through icream on our way home. Wat do we need more during this heatwave than icecream and they have none. This is terrible.

If I could give zero I would. Placed our order at 22:29 and waited in the drive thru. Had to go and cancel our order at 23:00. No communication as to why everything took so long. Terrible service

Just received my order that I ordered through Mr D. The meat it's raw like pink. How do you expect one to spend their money and get a raw meat? If only I can attach a picture.

Just bought cuppacino, if that's what you can call it, cups are half and it looks like strong coffee with not enough milk, this isn't the 1st time that I buy something there and it's not up to standard

Ordered my meal, got to pick up window and was told my zinger fillet will take about 8mins, lady was very apologetic, said sorry, I said its fine ill wait. So she poured me a coke for while I wait, and on arrival of my food she told me she added an extra fries aswell.... that's great customer service. A small but great gesture. Other companies can learn from this.

Could not fault food. Food was great, service was great especially just after lunch time on a Friday. The only damper on whole experience was the beggars outside in the carpark. They roam around asking for money, at the same time lighting up a lets call it cigarette". I can not understand how this behaviour is allowed on their premmises as there were a couple of ladies with smaller children there whom were harrased for money on their way to their vehicles."
