Flat route, so No Hills to deal with.But Ground is rough and bumpy in several sections. Otherwise great run

Somerset West parkrun
Great exercise event for the entire family. Walk or run, you will get a good workout. Friendly volunteers and parking available. Local Shell garage is on the path out of the farm for refreshments.

Somerset West parkrun
This is an off road farm run. Lots of mud and cow paddies. Do not wear new running shoes. The marshals are friendly, but this is more suited for a walk with your dog than actually running 5km.

Such a friendly venue. Really looking forward to spending each Saturday with this amazing bunch of volunteers.

A well run parkrun, flat and you can run a good time here. Run on dirt tracks in fields shared with live stock. Expect to get your shoes dirty and muddy when wet. The track is rough in places but generally smooth.

Nice flat one lap parkrun through grass and gravel roadways. Lots of parking. Very friendly locals.
