I love this gym. I enjoyed my time gym and would travel round trip 36km just to train. Brilliant coaches Ed, Dean and Kyle. Very supportive and provided additional love and support during the loss of my father in early in the year in 2021. Special thanks to Coach Ed for keeping me motivated and encouraging to join the Crossfit Open for the first time in the history of my Crossfit journey! Cyprium will always be my 2nd home when I am in the area! Professional coaches and excellent facilities and lovely diverse community. Highly recommended.

Great coaches. Everyone listens to their instruction, they design great workouts to challenge the body. The space is fantastic especially for Covid-19 regulations. The musics and atmosphere make it a great place to start out and also build on the foundations.

Tgr most holistic Box I came across, theirs coaching are kind , patient and accomodating.Really had fun with their 1 week try out.Try it!! And don't forget the Sat morning Open jam!!

Tried a few boxes in Joburg and CrossFit Cyprium is by far my favourite. Ed and the team make everyone feel super welcome, the equipment is well maintained, great environment and workouts are varied and challenging. Everything you could want from a box. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Joburg!
