Pity one cannot give a zero rating... Bad attitude by the consultants, there is a phone number but it doesn't work. I had to go to the store to find out that they know about this issue (haven't bothered to fix it) and that they have no phone (Ironic for a Telecommunication company). PatheticI have seen your response about trying harder next time". Actually you wont. I went back yesterday to inquire about a phone I applied for 3 weeks ago just to be informed that there is now an issue with the application with no reason provided. Your consultant said I would be contacted - as expected nothing has happened so far. Your service is as poor as it gets and I will now take my business to a provider who wants it"

Telkom near checkers and Cardies referring to you . This should have been one of the branches that closed down , they of absolutely no help. They blame you not being able to contact them on the second branch that is located in the mall . Staff is rude and have attitude problems. The manager is of no help and he is just as useless as his staff members. Telkom should shut this branch down and invest in operators that we can actually call in and speak to.

I don’t understand how this store has no telephone number. When I asked the lady informed me that if they had a number, people would call them and not the customer care line. The customer care line is useless as only voice prompts and my issue didn’t fall into any of the categories, so was forced to come into the store. Only to be ‘helped’ by a very bored looking, disinterested lady who said at best she could do was lodge a query… waste of my time and energy driving to the store. She said I would receive a message informing me that my issue was lodged… 24hrs later and still no confirmation message that it was done.TelkomMobile is unfriendly and unhelpful.

terrible customer service! cant contact anyone, I have cancelled my contact almost 5 months ago and they keep debiting me!!!!!!! None of their emails work, phone just rings! come on guys! manage your online Reputation!!!!

I ended up trying out Telkom after weeks battling with MTN on getting my upgrade. I visited the branch in Fourways mall, and man I wished I had gone sooner! I mean the staff was just so friendly and super helpful! The whole process itself was also quick, took less than 20 minutes and that was only because I had network issues, but besides that I was impressed with the service and I am a happy customer.

Just went in to exchange my new Zflip for battery issue , taken from rosebank. First the executive said they dont have stock when asked for manager he called her but the lady had attitude problem so rude that I have to stair at her for couple of minutes so that she greets before we raise the issue she categorically denied to exchange and asking to leave for repair a brand new z flip bought last Sunday. This is not acceptable. Neither the solution nor the attitude.

Trying to get hold of the branch is the most tedious, phones don't go through or rings. managed to get the store managers mobile number, goes to voicemail. cell number also online goes to voicemail. This is poor for such a big company. Very disappointed. I urgently need assistance on my mobile in for repairs, my business suffering.

Luyanda or Lulu whatever she calls herself has a very stinking attitude, she acts like she owns Telkom. I am rating her below zero. put her at the back please, she should not be dealing with clients, she is very unprofessional, very sarcastic, belittling and very irritated. Caused me a lot of agitation, worked on my nerves the whole time. I asked if she is okay and she was like malume (her boss) disturbed me from eating..I am not always like this, you just found me at the wrong time. Why is she at work if she takes out frustrations on us as customers, and when is the right time???? someone must please call her to order

The most useless company I have seen, and the worst pathetic atitudes. System forever down as well.

AWFUL service!! Don’t take a contract with them. I’ve been trying to port a number for WEEKS even though they promise that they can do this in 24hrs-2 day. No solutions except to just be patient with their terrible service. I regret getting this contract. If you want a Telkom contract, do NOT go to this branch. I doubt that they’ll ever resolve my issue.
