I had an a few electricians come out and try to resolve an electrical tripping problem in my DB board having no lights for two weeks I have contacted 5 Star I'm pleased to say the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes they not only found the fault but repaired it as well for a reasonable price. An update on my struggle with this company , On Friday i waited for the arrival of my inverter ...Yet again a no show by the 5STARG , Prinesen then sends an email on Saturday saying they were at my gate and nobody was home , yet my gardener was busy in the driveway all day , my office window also faces the gate.He mentions that he called another number i called him from which i had to call him from once because he was not taking my calls from both the numbers he has from us which he blocked and simply does not answer.I'm stuck with a battery on my wall with no inverter ,all this cost me R75000 and i am unable to use this since 2nd May 2022 ..Four months later and they have been unable to resolve..Yet they provided a 5 year Warantee
