Had an awesome experience with It's a Wrap today!! They really came through with service- I planned too late for a gift for my niece's birthday and ordered it midday. But Megan made sure that beautiful flowers and perfume got delivered today on her birthday. I definitely would recommend. Love seeing South African businesses setting the pace for great customer service!

Highly recommend! I ordered a gift basket for family overseas. Megan communicated with me throughout the process and made sure to pay attention to all the details I requested. Even asked if I wanted a picture to add to the basket. She went out of her way to make sure it was complete and sent in time for the holidays. Worth the price. On time. The best purchase ever. Megan did a great job in arranging & delivering the hamper. Very kind & patient even though unexpectedly the delivery guy couldn’t get in to an apartment, you guys didn’t leave it there. You made sure you called us all the way to USA & delivered it carefully in Cape Town, South Africa. I will confidently place order next time. And I love love how you come up with beautiful suggestion for a customization. Megan you did above & beyond. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend It's A Wrap.I ordered a gift from It's a Wrap all the way from France. Firstly their prices were reasonable and the communication was open and quick.
