I'm actually disappointed I ordered a big boss burger, up size chips, Dixie roll, and their zamba sauce & cooldrink. I literally feel like I wasted my money. The burger was so cold and I didn't mind that at all so when I opened the burger to add tomatoe sauce my roll was smelling old. And mind u I didn't get my sauce I paid for even my extra roll I bought for the chips was stale I'm sure that was yesterdays roll. I'm so disappointed honestly I just wasted my cash and for what placing my food in the bin

Very bad we went inside of the shop and sit for less than 3mins and the tall coloured girl working in hungry lion chased us out saying we cant sit there because we ddnt order anything she ddnt even ask if we needed help or want to order something she was very rude she must go and train for client service.

I've ordered on bolt food and I haven't received my order yet. The app shows that i have received it but i didn't. Im still waiting outside for the delivery guy and even trying to contact him.

Poor service, very dirty and flies all over the place. And no customer service we were eating on dirty tables where the were leftovers of other people. And one of the staff member refused to allow us sit on the clean side through they were closing at 6pm. Lot of dogy people inside begging for money, felt unsafe
