Extremely poor service had to call several times before my parcel was delivered and how difficult is it to mark on your systems that item has been delivered so I can process things on my end. No one picks up the phone when you call! I do not recommend them at all!!!

What a pleasure to deal with DSV Couriers! I was called two day prior to delivery by a very friendly, professional lady to confirm detail. On the day of delivery the small parcel ( bank card) was delivered timeously after Paveshlin Naiker called me minutes before. Confirmation sms was sent almost immediately as well as a follow up the next morning. Well done, Cape Town branch!!

DSV worst service I have ever encountered from a courier company.Not helpful at all. They just transfer me and then call gets cut off.Was supposed to deliver to a client of mine on 26th April 2022 in Hanover Park.Up to today they still did not deliver stating that there is shootings in Hanover Park and to dangerous.They even told me my client must come collect in persoin at their Depot.What happend to country wide delivery.Are they discriminating against certain areas?

Had to reschedule my delivery of a bank card three times, also spent over 70 minutes calling them to arrange a delivery. Scheduled and confirmed a delivery date and time and the delivery just never arrived. Wasted a lot of time and cost me money.
