Mix N Match

Thought i will give the smaller local bussiness a go , rather than the bigger ones. Had some blinds made. Despite very friendly assistance from staff at mix n match i had the worst experience with the owner , Mr Joofuban. I percieved him to be very rude.

I had a pleasant shopping experience here. The staff were all friendly and helpful and they have a good selection of products.

All the times that I've been there, the owner is (literally) on a platform and even though he doesn't appear frantically busy, he tends not to make an effort to give friendly, quality responses to enquiries. Rather he defers/delegates them to his floor staff. If you ask for a small offcut, be prepared to be given an unnecessary large, unwieldy piece - and to be made to pay for it.My least favourite store in the Elardus Park shopping centre.

I had a very bad experience at this shop !!! After a quote for upholstery work on a chair, they charged me nearly double the amount. They can't be promoted ! Be careful and think twice if you plan to do business there.

Was hoping to get expert advice when had curtains made but they took advantage of our lack of knowledge and it cost us a pretty penny. Will surely not go back.

One of those 'easy drop in' shops. It is not easy to find supplies if your time is limited eg after work. This shop can normally help out with what you need to be able to continue with your project. Friendly and quick assistance.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from the shop. I took my couches to be covered so I can send home in KZN. I paid the deposit on 05 November and was informed they would be ready in 10 working days (i have evidence of texts). Till today, I have not received the couches. When I sent a message to register my dissatisfaction, the owner called and shouted at me. att first he said I had not paid the deposit, then he said they are busy at this time. I reminded him that I expressly indiacted my pressure. He assured me that they would be delivered latest today. Instead he sent his people to send me another day with more excuses and asking for additional money. Very disappointing and never again will I support their business.

Don't do business here. Ordered and bought very expensive merchandise but when it came to after sales service it was non existent. Even blamed me for their below standard product breaking. Way beter stores around. They are expensive and it is worth your while to drive to another. I was actually shocked at their blatant nonchalance and refusal to take any responsibility for their product. AVOID!!!
