Great MMA gym . Classes are the perfect size so that enough attention is paid to each fighter . Coach Erik is great and really engages well with me .Since I have started only a month ago I have really seen some improvement and this is accrued to the other fighters around me and coach Erik. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to see improvement in their skills and to have fun well doing it .
