Been personally using these guys for a while now.Got a quote for some wood the other day for our company. Paid, but was informed they would have it all cut and ready the following day, which is fairly normal.When I got back to the office (about 5 minutes later) I noticed that the amount of sheets recommended to be used was higher than what we actually needed. I phoned in to tell the salesperson about this and he said fine they will refund it when I come in tomorrow to collect. I send a guy there the next day to collect and handle the refund. Was immediately charged a 10% handling fee on the sheet of wood that needed to be refunded. The wood/sheet wasn't even looked at, nevermind handled, yet they still have the audacity to try charge a handling fee on something that wasn't even considered and was originally what the salesperson said was needed with regard to my total cutting list.I phoned in to talk to the salesperson and was referred to the manager who dreamt up some excuse that the handling fee (which should not apply at ALL in this instance as I mentioned that the excess wood, which was never supplied or handled) related to more of a transaction fee on the purchase. I asked if its 10% on all orders to which I was responded with a unsubstantiated yes". I explained that by that logic

These guys are great. Was helped by Angelo for what is surely a tiny project but he couldn't have been more helpful. Super helpful, a step ahead of me all the way, made sense of my garbled sketch of what I wanted, got it all cut perfectly and waiting for me next day. Can't fault any element. Thankyou!

the Board store in Tokai, located behind the Builders warehouse has all you need from pine Par and meranti Par planks to chipboard to laminate countertops, they have all the fixings and fittings,even have state of the art machines to cut and edge to any size. you wont need to go anywhere else.they have it all.

Best place to get your melamine boards cut to size and edged. Precise measurements and neat finishing at an affordable price. I don't go anywhere else!
