The Old Mushroom Farm

Had the best birthday celebration at & Kin and stayed at the beautiful Falls house. Everything was perfect. Sandy was most helpful throughout the planning. My guests loved the vibey space.

What began its life as a mushroom farm has evolved into a contemporary artisanal environment.Two rows of converted growing tunnels are now an exciting lifestyle destination, home to shopping boutiques, an event space, bistro, gym and coffee shops. The stunning shops will have you captivated for hours & the awesome outdoor section is perfect for a picnic or to lounge around and enjoy the view of the beautiful country side.

It is a pleasant and interesting place to look around. The shops are run by locals rather than the chains that are gradually taking over elsewhere. I've attended various craft workshops and concerts here. It is worth following them on Facebook to see what special events are coming up. There is bound to be something of interest to you at some point. My brother and family stayed at one of their accommodation options recently. They were able to bring their 2 dogs. My sister-in-law, who is very consciousness of cleanliness, was very impressed as she was concerned about staying in a dog friendly place.

The place has a lot of potential to be a great destination, but it needs some work, such as neatening it up and providing better allocated parking. Stunning views, lovely atmosphere, and our food at Home Slice Café was good.

Absolutely loved our stay in the gorgeous apartment. It was cozy and comfy with everything we needed. Comfy beds with spotless white linen. Our dogs were welcomed. The hosts thought of everything. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely spot with something for everyone. Walking trails through the countryside, community gardens, nice shops, gym & good eateries with GF options. Play area for kids and dogs welcome. We spent a couple nights in one of the cottages & enjoyed every bit of it.

So happy we stopped here enroute...loved the whole farm atmosphere and brick barns housing various shops, a gym, a bakery, Bluebird Coffee roasters and Cafe, Home Slice Cafe where we had a delicious breakfast and cappucino, The Spot Bistro, a theatre, an extensive veg garden, and friendly people all round. Well worth a visit.

It's a nice relaxing outing in the Midlands meander if you like browsing around in small interesting shops such as women's clothing, specialty coffee, bakery, furniture, and enjoying something nice in the Cafe options they offer. If you follow their news publishing, you will find that they offer live entertainment from time to time.

Such a nice relaxing spot in the midlands. Lovely kids area. Was so nice walking around with dogs all over, kids playing. Stopped at a stunning restaurant for breakfast and than the bakery for the kids. Can't wait to go back.
