Wow! Hands-down value for money. We sat outside. With the pool and the fires it created the perfect atmosphere. The staff seemed slow BUT it created the perfect relaxing experience. All four of us was blown away by the quality of the food. Thank you to all staff. We will definitely be back.

We waited over 1hour15min to receive the food. We ordered rice and got chips. The bread was warmed in the microwave. Waitress never smiled and had attitude. The steak was well done.. ordered medium. The sauce for R45 was a tiny bowl. Over priced and very average. Dissapointing .

A cosy place with such friendly waitresses. The steak was delicious. My crème brûlée was a bit burnt, but an overall fine dining experience.

5 stars for the ambiance and the extremely understanding , polite manageress, and waitress who served us. Totally disappointed with the quality of food being the signature restaurant at the Palace in Sun City. We returned 3 of our mains, i must emphasize that we were not charged for it.Poor quality of ingredients and prep not in keeping with fine dining. Our starters were totally underwhelming as well.Pity, our expectations of a great dining experience were dashed and memorable for all the wrong reasons.

The the staff were so friendly, and definitely so accommodating to my vegan dietary requirements.The ambience in this restaurant is amazing. You really feel like royalty. The food had good presentation the taste is quite good.Pricing wise, it’s quite reasonable. You get what you pay for truly! Really happy.

Great food. Good prices. We enjoyed everything that was served to us. Service was excellent and we were able to get a private room which was perfect with our kids

I came here on two separate occasions for dinner and the ambiance was very nice. They were a bit slower so I did get decent service - there were some quirks but nothing that was make or break. The first time around we started with some Prosecco and had the Caesar Salad and the Avocado Ritz which was interesting. I was confused as to why they had put the seasonings on the side, I had never seen that before. The prawns were good but I was just overall confused by the dish.We then had the Pork Belly with sides of Creamed Spinach and Grilled Garden Vegetables. The Pork Belly was the star of the show - it had a wonderful crispy skin and was wonderfully paired with the corn salsa - it was the best thing we had that night. The grilled vegetables and the potatoes that came with the pork belly were well cooked but the spinach sadly did not taste good. The creamed spinach was basically bitter because it simply had no flavor. We then had the Dolce de Leche Crème Brûlée and it was a great ending to our meal. The Dolce Brûlée was a thick crust and had such a wonderful flavor and the Crème paired nicely with the candied cashews - it was one of the best Crème Brûlées I've ever had.The second time around we had the Cauliflower and Truffle Soup to start and that was one of the best appetizers/soup I had had at any restaurant on the resort. I was expecting the truffles to overpower the cauliflower but it was such a well-balanced combo. We then shared the Surf and Turf which included the sirloin steak, prawns, and chips and it tasted pretty good. I thought the sirloin looked a tad rarer than I was expecting when I cut into it but it ended up coming out just right. The prawns tasted good as well, not too dry like they sometimes can be and well seasoned.On both occasions there were some aspects of the service and our meal that of course could be improved but all in all, I enjoyed myself both times.

We loved our dinner, the food was incredible- I had the Springbok Carpaccio for starters and the Oxtail for mains. Dineo the host was very sweet and accommodating and even wrapped my sleeping toddler with a soft blanket without asking. Our waitress Mary- Kate was also on point. Great service, lovely food and good value for money.

I had high expectations of this restaurant, the atmosphere is great. Some of the staff are super friendly. Our waitress Mary Kate was disinterested and kept forgetting the order and drinks. The food was mediocre, nothing to write home about. Truly an experience I would easily forget. Honestly not worth the hype.
