PNA Rustenburg

Publishers say that you can find their books at PNA stores accross the country, so I phoned PNA Rustenburg to find out. The lady was really agitated assuming the school said they keep the books which wasn't the case. It was on the publishers website!This is not the first time, previously I ordered pilot refill, more than once. I still haven't received a phone call saying that my order arrived. For a private company as she clearly stated, it is poor service. She also told me that I can order those things from takealot which I will do, thank you. Maybe you can go and learn from Bargain books how you do treat customers and what customer service really is..

Please update your trading hours. Was not open at 8am. No signs of what time you open on the doors as well.

Very nice Shop , can get alot if things from here , only headache is when you try to print photos its stops half way as the ribbon is finished. The manager was very helpful and did give us a refund but that part of the shop is bringing money you should not be out of ribbon even if you struggle to order , The shop will end up losing alot of money and reputation. The rest of the Shop is immaculate though and the staff is so friendly and helpful!

It says opens at 08.00 but have got here now only to see a, very small, sign on the door saying open at 09.00.I now have to wait for an hour!
