Not recommended! You cannot trust the lockers, things get stolen. On top of it management won't do anything about it and just leave you without any way of putting a claim.Find yourself another gym where the people and the installation are more trustworthy!

No generator at the gym, which means they can without any prior warning chase you out of the gym if there is loadshedding. However this depends on which managers are on duty because this is not the norm and at times you are allowed even when there is loadshedding. Their operating hours are from 05:00 to 22:00. Arrived at 20:00 and Megan instructed us to leave because they have decided to close the gym. I asked why they haven’t communicated this over email and she said the task would be to difficult. REALLY! she added what difference would it make because she is telling me now. Appalling customer service.

Vigin active is the worst gymn I have even been to, management there is abysmal, it will take you 3 hours just to sign up with a basic membership.During loadshedding, they are to cheep to get a generator, so the entire system is down Leaving you to sign in manually.Their prices are 3 times more expensive than any other gymn.Their hours of operation are too short, they are only open until 8 pm.

Be sure to take a copy of the cancellation from the gym, otherwise they will keep charging you...I am disappointed...contact with the gym staff after they took money from my account is a nightmare! I do not recommend!!

My friend Lars had his Locker broken open and MacBook and Iphone stolen.Management is refusing to put him in touch with the Claims Department and his requests are ignored by custumer support !
