Most pathetic service I have ever received. Had my vehicle serviced their and received it back with a scratched gearshifter and boot marks/prints from someone standing on my leather seats. Needed replacement of front headlight ordered under warranty for a defective headlight motor and nothing on their records...labeled as a defective bulb when the lights motor doesn't tilt up or down. Service manager was disrespectful and unhelpful as well, deciding to rather attend to a call and continue with that whilst I was in discussion with him regarding the matter in his office. Was advised I should go and fix the damages caused myself

I dealt with Edrich and Anna-Marie and I was really impressed with their service. Always friendly and it really felt like they went the extra mile for me. I booked my car for a service, a lady helped me I queried my warranty with her, and agreed on a date I put a days leave in when I have my car serviced, I arrive at 06:15 at ford, only to be told that they had moved to Kuilsriver wow could they not have told me on the phone they relocated to kuilsriver. When you dial the Voortrekker Goodwood number you automatically go threw to kuilsriver there is no voice message that tells you that they relocated. Typically ford, my next car will not be a Ford.

Hey Halfway Goodwood - The WORST dealership I have ever done business with, I really hope that any other people won't be so unfortunate to be dealing with such an neverminded bunch of people. Customer service sure is an lack thereof at Hey Halfway Goodwood.Applied for finance which were approved, sold my daily for the deposit, just to be informed that sorry they can not sell bakkie anymore. Now I am minus transport and they just shrug it off their shoulders like whatever". AND the Tracker is still linked to my account and being debited

I recently bought a secondhand vehicle from them and I am very happy with the service they offered. Any issues that the vehicle might have had or was a slight concern, they sorted out for me even without me requesting to get it fixed. After sales service was also very good, thank you for making the experience a good one.

Top notch motor industry trusted their vehicles prices are really worthy the condition of their vehicles I would try them if I need one in the future.The staff and the management are so kind even the Security they are willing to help you and congratulates you with your new wheels.Its dealer they selling a pre owned vehicle but I can tell you they not selling lemon try them and be differ with my ratings if it's necessary.

Very dishonest workshop.They work on your car, don't fix it 100%. You take the car back for the same problem a month later, cause they did not fix it 100%.My car broke down again, with more problems this year, the evidence is there that they fixed the problem pipe, and now don't want to take the responsibility to fix the car, but only want to give me discount to fix the car.

All i can say is BRILLIANT service. A special thanks to Bradley and Anna-Mari for doing a great job. I bought a ford Kuga and the vehicle was in an absolute good condition. They delivered the car within 24 hours in the east rand. Would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from them. No stories no issues.You guys ROCK
