Fantastic venue in a beautiful woodland setting, perfect for special events. The service was excellent and the waiters / bar staff were polite and attentive. The food and canapes were delicious.

Thank you to the lovely Noni and Niko for their wonderful friendly service to us from the beginning of our wedding planning until the end of the special big day. Also a special thank you to the staff on the night of the wedding who looked after all the guests until the party was finally over. Spectacular food and venue. We planned a 70th function at the Bijou restaurant with Nonni for Sunday 29th Jan and had a final meeting with her on the Thurday before the function where we were promised excellent service on the day.What an utter disappointment!1. The tables weren't set for 12h00 as arranged2. The pre paid drinks were not chilled or on the tables as requested.3. The prepaid orange juice was out of stock4. I was running around getting the menus printed properly and the table setting and placing these myself5. Some of the chairs were wobbly/broken and we we running around finding decent chairs5. Some of the starters were sub standard6. It was extremely hot with no fansPetros stepped in when he arrived around 13h00 and tried to save the dayThe biggest disappointment was Nonni with all her empty promises and her disappearance on the day

This is where we had our I had my surprise birthday party. Service was outstanding, the venue was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay at this tranquil and peaceful area. Many thanks to the chef and the waiters for the excellent service and appetizing meals. We will definitely come back. Many thanks. We arrived at night and were received very well by the receptionist on duty and she made sure we got our dinner.

Had a lovely picnic in the garden amongst beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Food was good and service was excellent.

Gorgeous venue for a wedding. Grounds were beautifully maintained and the evening meal of smoked salmon, lamb shank and chocolate brownie was cooked to perfection.

We went for the Romantic Picnic. There was plenty of food, I hoped they catered more food for people who don't eat beef. The dam we were next to had less water I am told because they didn't fill water so didn't look so nice, there was a bit of a smell coming from the water. The experience was not very gourmet for me.
