Loura and her team is absolutely amazing! Excellent service, amazing results and very professional. I would rate them 6 stars if I could. You definitely get the best treatments for reasonable prices. They make you feel right at home and you never would want to leave. I garentee you would want to do more than one treatment, because when you see your results, you will want more.

Horrible Experience as the treatment was not done correctly and after I politely contacted the owner, she blocked me on all social media including whatsapp and never responded to any of my messages.I think the owner is very unprofessional and rude and has no concept of how to deal with clients.

My visit with them was so disappointing and underwhelming.I first noticed an issue when I booked an appointment on WhatsApp. Whoever handles their WhatsApp was so short and pushy. It felt, during the WhatsApp very short conversation, that she wanted me to hurry up and book an appointment so she can carry on with her life. That was exactly how my actual visit was with them.There is no clear signage outside to show you where to walk to get to the reception. I got lost and went in through the back where there was a laundry area. I kept knocking at doors, but I couldn't find anyone. When I eventually found someone, she was too busy and told me to go to the reception. The problem with that is that their reception is so small, its hard to distinguish from other rooms if its your first time there. I immediately felt dismissed and without direction. Then someone popped up from around the corner and walked past me. So I desperately asked her where the reception is and she just carried on walking without so much as greeting and told me to follow her. So I did.In the reception room I was hardly sitting before I was shoo'd off to another room while the person walked out of the reception. In her place came another lady who told me to go to another room for my session. I was confused and told the new person that I hadn't even gotten a consultation to discuss my options and what would be most suitable for me. I was told to go to the other room, a consultation would be done there.When we got to the other room the lady just glanced at me and decided that I cannot possibly afford one of the treatments so she recommended a treatment to me based on what SHE thought I could afford instead of what was best for me. Attempts to get her to discuss other options were shut down based on the fact that the cheap option was best for ME according to her. At this point I resigned myself and agreed to the cheap option that I could afford".The room I was in was some kind of spare room because in the 1 hour+ I was in there

Owner treats her employees unfairly by threatening to cut their salaries or retrenching them. Lots of customer complaints are received like the reviews on here. Almost all good reviews are given by friends and family of the owner, who are not real customers.

Not only did the owner understand what my skin needs, she made a huge difference for me. I could see immediate results and would support them without a doubt.
