Stayed this weekendMy likes:1. Beautiful place as you enter the drive way, play area on your left for kids and swimming pool, I love how everything is incorporated.2. Garden is amazing, also nice for taking pictures and a great chilled area for adults by the pool (separate from the kids area)3. Wonderful reception from the staff.4. Our room was spacious not crowded. Hairdryer, bar fridge and an ironing board are provided in your room.My dislikes:1. Our double bed was hard as a rock, I couldn’t sleep. “Bed in room #3 needs to be replaced ASAP”2. Curtains are falling off and wrinkled3. Our kettle had brown stains inside,needs a bit of a wash4. Our dustbin wasn’t cleaned/changed, so we had ants all over the place at night5. No backup generator-our breakfast got delayed because they had load shedding6. Food - menu needs to be changedI’m giving it a 3 because of the bed

Great clean place, but do not go there if you want a quiet place, there was a party outside our room we couldn't even hear each other speak the music was so loud, we were not told about it upon booking and we were told they are day visitors and can be there until 9pm imagine. Ideal accommodation if you will be there just to sleep and out during the day, if not you will suffer. Oh and we didn't have breakfast the second day because the breakfast lady's phone was off

The place looks beautiful. Spacious clean rooms. Excellent tasty catering and they have kept up with the trends and they modernized the accommodation. The pool and garden areas are so beautiful. The location is also near Sun City if you want to visit there. I love everything about this place. Definitely coming back.

My clothes were stolen during my stay with you(10-12 March 2023), the weekend that was supposed to be a beautiful and a memorable one turned into a nightmareOther than that, your service was great, the place is nice and beautiful.

There's lot of construction taking place. The staff is friendly and hospitable.

It is value for money, rooms well taken care of , very clean and cozy. The receptionist very professional. The breakfast chef can do with some professionalism and not shouting while there are guest in the dining hall.I would definitely visit again.

Stayed here while visiting Sun City and Pilanesberg.Lovely place. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms have hot water and very clean. Breakfast is not inclusive, and the variety isn't much but it was palatable enough. For the very affordable price, the comfort exceeds expectations. I will recommend it.

The place looks nice. The cleaning and communication can do with improvement.I was asked for money for the key, which was never communicated upfront. I walked into a room, no bedding on the other bed, with a huge stain on it. Found a broken glass on the rug that I didn't break. Dirty earbud in the bathroom and it wasn't used by me.The canteen staff were very friendly and ensured to give a good service. Thank you Thato and team.Will go back and give another feedback. Hopefully, they do improve
