The staff are really friends and my physio (Candace) was quick to help narrow down where my issue was originating from with relative ease. What I thought would be a quick visit to get some exercises turned into a full hour with a small massage and a full explanation of what to do going forward. Relatively cheap as well!

So far, I am extremely impressed with WP physiotherapists. I have been treated with respect and Wihan seems extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am still in the early stages, so I can update this once I know more about how successful the treatment was. The one thing I was extremely concerned about was being told to come back week after week for sessions to sort out the issue, but it seems that is not the case. They seem happy to work alongside me to help empower me with a long-term solution. As I said, early days, but I am hopeful.

My shoulder was in a severe spasm for over a week when I booked a session with Candice. During our appointment, she massaged muscles I didn't even know existed and did the sticky electrode thingies. She gave me some exercises to do at home that have been really helpful and easy to remember. Found my forever physio :)
