I was there tonight on the 8 june the food was horrible. It was dry and fried till darh brown no golden colour. Mash and gravy no mash just gravy. The zinger wings overcooked and so small its ridiculous and the chips was not crispy and old. We pay for our food and want to enjoy it.

Very slow service. We waited for almost an hour! The organisation is terrible. In the kitchen they prepared the food in order, but they were not delivering it in order. They served only to the people who shows the ticket, but not respecting the order. At some point there were more than 15 or 20 burgers and chicken dishes prepared, but they were waiting for other more recents commands instead of serving the already prepared ones.

Service is horrible!! U get here 45 minutes earlier and they serve everyone b4 ypu, they dont value the time of the customer!!! This 1 cashier lady Ntokozo or nontokozo took my slip and placed it away, ukuthi why she's the angry onewhen she's supposed to be making things batter ...shame i was disappointed after being a loyal customer for so long, it makes you not like the place just bcoz of 1 person.

I'm so dissapointed with the service i got from the Cashier '41 Lungelo ' (KFC Pongola) today , i ordered 2 twisters and she made the completly different making tge secong one sweet chilli without informing me . Since i started buying from KFC I've never received such disrespect

The staff if friendly, however, it is so so so slow. I am not sure if its slow kitchen or disorganization. I waited for 45 minutes (and so did many other customers). The ticket order screen shows orders but youe order never gets reflected. You literally have to ask the staff to check your order and only then they will request parts missing and you will get assisted. I have not experienced such a service at KFC for more than 10 years.
