Really disappointed by the service today. The cashier was nonchalant and unhelpful. He then made my drink (raspberry lemonatta) incorrectly and when questioned about it, made up some nonsense and added even more syrup. It's now super sweet (when it's supposed to be sour) and undrinkable. This is always my favourite drink and now they've just wasted my money!

Just bought four sleeves of minis. Brought them home. Old and stale and inedible. Obviously yesterday's. I promised myself last year to never go back because of the ridiculous prices they charge. Now it's expensive and stale. Fed them to our dogs. Never again. For ral this time. Woolworths does a perfectly good Cinnabon that you warm up at home. And they are cheaper.

Amazing Cinnabon!! Love this store when visiting baywest! A must stop if you in PE or about to do your shopping for some sugar.

This place is no longer the Cinnabon I knew years back. The buns etc are always stale, the drinks are not good either. I used to love this store but sadly their quality and service has gone down :( its really not worth it for the price. I've resorted to making my own at home now.

Terrible service, lazy staff. Ordered a iced drink and was told that the lack of ice was due to the water shortage in the bay area. Load of nonsense by staff that couldn't be bothered.

I bought a iced coffee and it was not very nice i got sick after only teo sips and the food is so old and for the price i paid i would ecpect a nice fresh food not old and rotten

Worse cinnabon I have been to. Always sells stale cinnabon. The last 3 times I've been there the staff are sitting down and there is only like 1 cinnabon left in the tray and its stale. They dont make fresh cinnabon anymore like before. I actually bought one yesteday and it's so hard and stale.

So disappointing! Store workers don't know what they have in stock. When you and what they have, then order something theu said they have only for them to say oops we dont have! Not even a sorry, just a laugh so rude!
