Waited quite some time for ky parcels. They were faster at the previous pickup point. Maybe still settling in.

Customers appear to be a burden to the staff.I attempted to return an inflatable double mattress which was delivered defective, but like most inflatable products, it's near impossible to fit the product back into the box if it has previously been inflated.I brought back the product in it's carry bag with the box separate, but they were unwilling to accept the product outside of the box. This is understandable, but I explained that I cannot get the item back into the box and requested alternate options. The only monotone blanket response was put the product back in the box". There was NO assistance from both the individuals behind the counter. Zero customer obsession.After a few minutes of trying to get any other information out of the staff

Great service, but had a concerning experience:I heard a woman say don't touch me" repeatedly from the back of the storage area

The people working there were dealing with a lot of people very efficiently. Then a problem came as they brought an extra item which was my daughter's Christmas present to myself. She is very upset as it was a surprise that she wanted to share on Christmas day. So that's a huge disappointment

Very friendly and helpful staff. Usually quick quick. Pleasurable experience each time no matter if i am collecting or returning goods

Ridiculous service! Poor communication from staff on duty. Waiting and waiting and waiting… with no parcel to be found..?!! After QR code has been scanned with proof of parcel ready for collection. Really dissatisfied and utterly disappointed with this service from Takealot! And then being told they can’t find my parcel and that they will call me once they do ??? Really?!

Laziest bunch of people I've ever come across! Need to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. I asked for assistance to take my order to the car as there were plenty boxes and pet food bags- was told that there is no one to assist.... 3 staff members were standing around with their hands in their pockets and no-one else was in the store to collect. Shocking!!!

Delivery man darn rude and foul language, he could have turned around was around the corner and I was at home. I will investigate the culprit and lodge complaint, horrible to be treated like this as client. You'll run out of business very quick with such ignorant rude driver.

Very poor service. Disinterested and disengaged staff. It felt like I was an inconvenience and that it was a hassle to help me. As a loyal and supportive Takealot costomer I have to say that this was pitiful. And how hard can it be to get this right? It is not like it is complex.
