Live Wire Electric Fencing

I called Live Wire as my fencing was malfunctioning, The technicians it was the energizer that was faulty. The team came out the same day, gave me the option and quote for a new one or for a repair, I opted for the repair, and it was re installed the very next day on a Friday afternoon. I just want to say thank you to the technicians and the lady in the office for really outstanding and professional service. I own a building that houses guest apartments, so it is very important to keep my guests safe. Many thanks

Utterly useless. I contacted Live Wire last Wednesday after an attempted break-in. I was told that the representative for my area would call me back to arrange an appointment. By Friday I had still not received a call so I contacted them again and was told the same thing. It is now a week after my first call and I have still not heard from them. I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible- would not recommend. They said they would arrive at 9am and they never did. I had to call back to query what happened. If possible I would give zero stars. I called to ask what happened and was told that they would get back to me and the receptionist never got back to me.Its lockdown and i dont leave the house so they claimed to have hooted- I am home 24/7 and I was staring outside and no one arrived. They claimed they called and no missed call was found on my phone.Still waiting for the receptionist to get back to me two days later

They came out to fix my energiser unit for my electric fence which they said had a problem, the first team said it was the transformer that need replacement, the second team said it was the circuit board. The first team set and damaged my unit thus escalating the cost of repair when the second team came out they said it was the circuit board. (How convenient). and I am waiting 2 weeks for my security to be sorted out.They are a dishonest bunch with no consideration with regards to sorting out an issue in the honest way. Now they are forcing me to pay an invoice which I had to get and pay someone else to fix their damages. I've reported this matter to the consumer protection for resolution. Do not trust this company, they are rip-offs and conners.This company is only after money and not willing to find a solution.Do not use them!

We had a shocking experience with another supplier and Live Wire came to the rescue. They managed to reuse part of what we had been sold and reside and fix everything. Amazing service, friendly team, fair price. Will definitely use them again

Used them for 10 years to install and maintain the fence at my old house and have used them again for my new place. Friendly, efficient and on time

From the day Peter and Team came out to quote until completion of the job, their team was responsive, professional and to the point...Before reading the reviews on google I had already decided to go with Live Wire...After reading them I was concerned at called Peter about it. After a discussion regarding the bad reviews Peter put my mind at ease and proceeded to install our electric fence.All I can say is that their Team was Brilliant and I am of the opinion that our electric fence is the most aesthetically pleasing in our area...Well done Peter and Team I will recommend your Company to anyone that needs an electric fence installed.10 Stars **********

The messiest most disrespectful and unprofessional installers ever encountered. Total disrespect shown to the environment and clearly no understanding of how to do business in a respectful and professional manner. Serious caution advised before using their services.

They're ok but I can't say more than that. It feels like a bit of a chore working with them and everything they do is a bit of an effort. It's like they don't really want to do it. But the work they do is acceptable in most cases. They were ment to come back and fix some sloppy workmanship here are there, but they haven't yet. I won't use them again .

I have had nothing but great experiences with Live Wire - Peter and his installation team (led by Guy) were professional and highly responsive and when extreme weather conditions caused damage to my fence it was a simple matter of a 5 minute phonecall to arrange a repair, within 48 hours. Top notch service!
