Currently still waiting on my delivery. After being told it would be delivered yesterday, then that got changed to it will be delivered today, and after 3 phone calls today being told it is on its way, I have just been told it will only be delivered tomorrow. I assume Samsung does not care for the delivery of their products since they are using this company.Update: it is the end of the day they promised" it would be delivered on

They kept getting issues with my address for 3 days and they didn't bother to call. The drivers were extremely rude too. Truworths needs to find another courier company regarding their online deliveries. I'm never using Courier It ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them either. They don't even deserve this 1 star.

If I could give this pathetic company minus 5 stars I would, their staff are so rude I would never use this company, the representative from the company refused to give me a parcel because I would not give them the signed waybill, I told them I cannot sign for a parcel I I had not received, they started shouting and arguing with me and refused to give me the parcel, I asked them to get the manager to contact me but they never did, I phoned and got put on hold and eventually put down the phone. I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered.

Customer service is terrible. I rescheduled a parcel for delivery on Friday (26 May 2023) , i phoned 4 times the customer service desk for updates for when shipment will be delivered, no updates received, only at 17:08 when phoning again I received an issue that driver was almost hijacked, operator Chantel advised that special delivery will take place on Saturday (27 May 2023) between 8-9 am, 09:00 i phoned again to ask where my package is and now I'm being told no arrangement was made nor do they do deliveries on Saturdays.. honestly don't understand why you will make promises that you can't uphold!

Can't say I'm very impressed. Tracking said that delivery was scheduled for Thursday. On Wednesday I receive a notification to say that they couldn't deliver because nobody was home. The driver ostensibly tried to phone and it went to voicemail. The gate that he described was not my gate and no phone calls were received (not even missed). I contacted the company and explained the situation. The driver could suddenly contact me again to berate me because the house number on the waybill was incorrect (it was not - when I signed it was correct). He said that he would deliver in another hour. Almost three hours later he hooted and waited for me to come to his vehicle to enquire. Pathetic at best.

Horrifying service.I read through the reviews hoping that the same would not happen to me only to become another victim.What on earth are the companies that use CourierIT as their primary courier company even thinking. Truly embarrassing to even call yourself a courier company. Maybe if you give people realistic (For you atleast) delivery dates. You wouldn't have half the bad reviews you have. Absolutely shocking.

Pathetic service, dont use this courier service. It took over a week for my parcel to arrive. Every day the driver was delayed. You dont receive any update unless you call them and then you'll be fortunate if they answer. Its as if they are doing you a favour

The worst courier services ever! I don't understand why big companies work with such, it's pathetic!!My parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 11 of March, I did not receive till the 19th of April whereby I just went to collect my parcel at their warehouse. Not to mention their customer service is worse , bad attitude takes time to answer you call while your airtime is depleting at times they just hang up without assisting you while you waited for+_ 40 minutes on the call that time your airtime is depleting. Big companies should and need to stop using their services because they not keen at all.
